Intense fruity green olive with distinct hints of grass.

On the palate

In the mouth there is a clear sensation of fresh grass, in particular fresh oat stalk; followed by the sensations of almond and tomato leaf, bitter and spicy in balance between them. Prolonged persistence and good fluidity.

Vegetable soups, pasta and chickpeas, roasts, salads, salted cheese, bruschetta.
